"Moreover, no man knows when his hour will come." ~ Ecclesiastes 9:12 Why does it take such a tragedy for use to wake up and listen? I asked Jesus Christ enter my heart and walk beside me years ago, but didn't fully surrender until my Dad's accident. I haven't committed myself nearly enough to Him, but I am aware of His existence more and more each day. I fear it's a challenge to completely understand our love for the Lord, or His love for us, unless we experience losing the ones we truly love in this physical world. Racing through life no longer matters to me - what's most important is that I live with purpose, passion and set good examples for my loved ones so that I can leave them with life's greatest lessons and joys - just as Dad has done for his family. Physical things leave us empty and bitter - I just want to LIVE! "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." ~Colossians 3:2
